I ordered a few samples to help me decide, and while the receipt and confirmation emails came through fine, the actual samples felt a lot smaller than I expected. They were somewhat useful, but the colors looked different later on, so it didn’t fully help me make a confident choice. For the price, I just wish they had been a bit bigger or more accurate.

At first I was annoyed because it took longer than I expected. I was already thinking, really, this is how it’s gonna go? But then once it finally arrived, I kind of got over it. The wait wasn’t great, but everything else was fine.

They told me it would take about two weeks, but it ended up being over a month. it made me a little suspicious about how upfront they were being with the timeline. If they knew it could take that long, I wish they’d just said so from the start.

It mentions sealing them and using the right cleaners, but I still wasn’t fully clear on what was actually safe to use. For tiles that need ongoing care, I was hoping for more straightforward steps. If you’ve dealt with cement tile before, it’s probably not a big deal, but for me it made the whole purchase feel like it could come with more headaches than I expected.

They were helpful and I appreciated the effort, but it didn’t really feel like I was dealing with someone who had deep expert knowledge, they answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction, which was nice, but I still felt like I had to do a little extra digging on my own afterward.

The tiles arrived and most of the order was exactly what I picked, but a couple of pieces were different from what I ordered. Customer support did get it sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took a bit longer than I hoped. If you’re ordering, I’d just recommend checking everything as soon as it shows up so any issues can be fixed right away.

I went with my gut on this one, and I’m glad I did. Their quote ended up being really close to the final price, with only a small difference. Overall, it was a good experience and there weren’t any big surprises...

I followed their recommendations closely, but the tile ended up looking patchy and it seems to stain really easily now. When I reached out afterward to ask what could be done, I felt like the response was more about blaming me than helping fix the issue. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t rely on their installation advice again.

I was browsing ziatile their return policy felt a bit too strict for me. Compared to a lot of other online shops, it seems like the buyer ends up taking on more of the risk and extra costs if something doesn’t work out. I’m sure some people are fine with that, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable placing an order under those terms. I just wish the process felt a little more fair and straightforward
